Send Payment Request via Text Message

This is a resource for sending a payment request to a customer via SMS Text Message. This request can onlysucceed if the payment request is associated with a valid customerId and if the customer in question has a valid customerPhoneNumber. No response parameters will be returned; a successful response will be denoted by an HTTP 200 status.
